This Geisha comes from the The Janson Family Estate, known for producing some of Panama’s most expressive Geishas.
Each micro lot is meticulously cultivated and processed to highlight clarity, sweetness, and delicate floral and fruit notes.
What does this coffee taste like?
Honeyed sweetness with pronounced caramelised sugar notes, specifically reminiscent of sticky toffee pudding, supported by ripe stone fruit and delicate floral aromatics. The cup shows a rounded, syrupy mouthfeel with integrated acidity and a long, sweet finish.
