Rancho Grande is a family run farm located in the Sul de Minas region of Brazil, an area known for producing coffees with sweetness, body and consistency. The coffee is naturally processed, allowing the sugars in the cherry to deepen the chocolate and caramel flavours during drying.

This approach results in a cup that feels grounded and comforting, with clarity and sweetness rather than sharp acidity.
