What Shipping Methods Are Available?
for items under 2 kilos we use Royal Mail

What are your shipping and return policies?
We will accept returns of equipment in its original unopened unused packaging.
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase at your own cost.
We advise to use a tracked courier as we take no resposibility for lost items.
If you have received free delivery due the the value of the order the actual cost of delivery will be deducted from your refund amount.
If we have ordered an item in specifically for you a 50% restocking fee will be chargeable
If you return and unused open box item
we charge a 40% open box fee.
Coffee as a fresh product can not be returned, If you are unhappy with your coffee we will replace/refund the coffee following an assessment by our in house quality team.

How long does it take for me to get a refund?
We process refunds immediately however it can take up to 10 days to show back in your account
