Why the Pulsar Mini?

Complete flow control
The integrated flow control valve lets you control when and how quickly the brewed coffee leaves the brewer. It also allows you to retain water during the bloom, giving you much greater flexibility over your brewing recipe.

No bypass brewing
The Pulsar Mini is designed so that water cannot bypass the coffee bed. This means the water you pour is forced to interact with the coffee, helping create an even and consistent extraction.

Controlled pouring
The dispersion cap spreads water gently across the coffee bed, helping to wet the grounds evenly while keeping agitation under control.

Immersion meets percolation
Don't think of the Pulsar Mini as just another pour over. Its design gives you the ability to experiment with immersion, percolation or a combination of both, allowing you to build recipes around the coffee rather than being restricted by the brewer.
