Colombia Reforest Project comes from Forest Coffee’s Reforest initiative in northern Tolima and southern Caldas. These coffees are grown on farms focused on sustainability, reforestation, and supporting local coffee communities. The result is a coffee that is vibrant, sweet, and full of character.
What does this coffee taste like?
This is a classic Colombian washed coffee. You’ll notice caramel and chocolate upfront, with roasted almond adding depth. A touch of sugar cane sweetness balances the cup, and a light orangey finish gives it lift. The body is medium and smooth, with gentle acidity that keeps the cup balanced without losing its sweetness. Whether brewed as espresso or filter, this coffee is approachable, layered, and true to its Colombian roots.
