What does this coffee taste like?

About the coffee

Frozen Berries is produced using carefully selected cherries from Huila. The coffee undergoes a controlled fermentation process where it is co fermented with dehydrated forest berries, including raspberry and blackberry, creating a deeper fruit complexity and enhanced sweetness.

After fermentation, the coffee is carefully dried to preserve the vibrant aromatics and create a clean, expressive cup. This is a great example of how producers are using experimentation and innovation to explore new possibilities in specialty coffee.
