This coffee is sourced from Rwamatamu Coffee, a family-based producer and washing station in Rwanda’s Western Province. Rwamatamu works closely with local farmers and the community, supporting women’s cooperatives and youth initiatives alongside coffee production.
The natural process allows the fruit sweetness of the cherries to influence the beans, giving vibrant berry flavours and layered fruit notes that reflect Rwanda’s unique terroir.
