This Geisha comes from the The Janson Family Estate, known for producing some of Panama’s most expressive Geishas.
Each micro lot is meticulously cultivated and processed to highlight clarity, sweetness, and delicate floral and fruit notes.

What does this coffee taste like?

Very sweet, starting with red fruits (raspberry, plum) and evolving toward darker blackberry, with a syrupy, dessert-like body and a clean, juicy finish supported by bright, vibrant acidity.
